Phulkari – Women of Amritsar (WOA) is a distinguished women's organization founded in 2017 in Amritsar, Punjab by Amritsar's celebrated & visionary architect Praneet Chopra Bubber & her few friends. Today, with a membership exceeding 600 influential women from diverse professions across Amritsar and Jalandhar, Phulkari has established itself as a premier think tank dedicated to empowering women's participation in various facets of civil society, including cultural, economic, and social domains.
